October uNit Test Preparation video std 3 Environment

Each registered student will get three online mock test papers for practice. Mock tests can be tried using a smartphone, tabs or computer. But for the final exam, you will need a desktop/laptop/tablet with a web camera and live internet connection.

Scholarship Top 3 students from each class will be awarded International Rank 1 - Scholarship of ₹1500/month for 12 months + Topper Shield International Rank 2 - Scholarship of ₹1000/month for 12 months + First Runner Up Shield International Rank 3 - Scholarship of ₹500/month for 12 months + Second Runner Up Shield 60 minutes video interview of 100 marks will be conducted for top 10 marks holders to decide the top 10 ranks. Note: Minimum of 60% marks in the ISTSE-Online Examination is required to get a scholarship. If none of the students is scoring 60% marks, then the scholarship will not be awarded to any student. In case of any confusion, decision of the Academic Council will be final & binding.

Ranking Criteria In case two or more students score the same marks, then ranks will be determined based on the following criteria (Weightage will be given from top to bottom): Rule 1 - The student who will get more marks in Scholars’ Section will get higher rank. Rule 2 - The student who will get more marks in Math will get higher rank. Rule 3 - The student who will get more marks in Science will get higher rank. Rule 4 - The student who will get more marks in Mental & Logical Ability will get higher rank. Rule 5 - The student who will get more marks in English will get higher rank. Rule 6 - If two students get the same marks, the student who is younger in age will be given preference. In case two or more students score the same marks under the above criteria, they will be awarded the same rank.

Note: Minimum of 60% marks in the ISTSE-Online Examination is required to get a scholarship. If none of the students is scoring 60% marks, then the scholarship will not be awarded to any student. In case of any confusion, decision of the Academic Council will be final & binding.

Participation Benefits ISTSE provides a platform where students can judge their intellectual potential at the national and international level. The ISTSE exam is based on the syllabus of CBSE, ICSE and State Boards. Thus, preparing for this exam will be a pre-practice for them for their school exams. Participation in Indian School Talent Search Exam(ISTSE) will help students in: Self-Realisation Identify their academic strengths and weaknesses. Monitor and compare their year on year achievement with other students. Students will be able to gauge the limits of their capabilities. They will be able to understand the kind of challenging academic work they sould undertake to realize their true potential. Early Exposure to Learning and Competition The competition tends to make participants into very sharp-minded and 'clever' problem solvers. It gives a chance to students to sharpen their skills by tackling a number of problems at a level they are not likely to encounter in their classrooms.

A survey conducted by the University of Hyderabad (UoH) shows that the bulk of scholars don’t have proper access to the internet; the university has decided to not impose online classes on their students and school at this juncture. It should be noted that UoH may be a top-ranking university in India. many universities across India are nowhere in comparison thereupon .
