 The District Primary Teachers Union is especially grateful.  Who has canceled the implementation of an improper decision regarding the protection of teachers' self-esteem and self-respect.  Ahmedabad District Primary Teachers Union welcomes the decision of the State Government to fail in Std. 6 and 7.  It is hoped that this decision will bring awareness and seriousness towards education among students and parents.  But it is very necessary that this decision be implemented in Std. 1 to 8.  At present, all efforts and circulars have been made by the Government for the improvement of education.  It has only one teacher at the center.  Nowhere is the direct responsibility of the student or the parent determined.  The rule of not punishing, not failing, has made the teacher in the classroom very crippled, lame.  There is no fear of the teacher in the class.  The student becomes fearless.  The teacher has taught the curriculum very well but the task of repetition, consolidation, self-study has to be done by the student and where there is no fear. This work does not happen.  That is why the success that should be achieved in the classrooms does not happen.  Not only that.  Many incidents have come to light in which the school and the teacher have been defamed by tigers, even if a teacher has been given a lenient sentence for the pursuit of discipline, culture or proper improvement in education.  Just as there are garbage dumps in the village, there are also incidents where some anti-social elements in the village manipulate the media, take the teachers and the school hostage out of fear of the police.  So that the development of the whole school is stunted.  Students see all this.  It's fun.  She found out that our guardian came to the school and spoke to my sister or master ... after knocking, no one in the school says anything to me.  The child's mind is like this fun.  True, False. What?  His. He doesn't know.  Whether I bring him a lesson or not, have fun, come to school or not, now I will not be beaten, no one will scare me.  With such an idea, today's student becomes fearless.  He uses this fearlessness for his fun.  The seriousness and discipline that should come in a child for education does not come.  It is imperative that the state government clarify the line between mild punishment and severe corporal punishment in its decision not to impose punishment and to give some exemptions to teachers.  It is equally important to determine the concrete responsibility of the guardians in question. It is not enough to just sign a unit test or a resolution book.  Measures like transportation, reduction of child's name from scholarship, reduction of education is completely free instead. Charge of token fee, standard of fee for textbook. Steps should be taken on the side of parents. If this change comes, I think  It will be good.
